ABOUT ME
I have a degree in Translation and Interpreting from the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona and a degree in Hispanic Philology from the Universidad de Barcelona.
During my translation studies, I did a one-year specialisation in electrical engineering and machinery at the German University of Hildesheim.
For the past twenty years, I have worked as a translator and a translation and localisation project manager for businesses around the world.
Over the last years I have continued my studies, because I understand that continuous training is an essential part of this profession. These are some of the courses:
– Course on Patent Translation, AulaSIC (2021)- SDL Post Editing 2019, Certified Level 1, November 2019- Post Editing Course (Cálamo & Cran), 2019- Orthotypography course, Asetrad, 2005.
